4. Craft Process
A / clean
Clean the surface of ceramic or glass we choose, remove blot，dust, paraffin removal on the surface of ceramic. By Wax solvent or sand frict off. After surface is clean, dry.
B. / stick protective film, with your specific situation to choose what kind of brand. It is fine that it can not be sprayed out when it sand blast.
C./ laser engraving
Using laser engraving machine to engrave shape on the surface of brick or glass. It also can directly engrave on the surface of brick.
The cost of laser engraving machine is around 30-40 thousands Yuan., our company provides one-stop shopping. General advise to choose 1300 * 900mm, 2500 * 1300mm is fine too.
E. / sand ejector ( manually / digital control )
Tear off the part of film that it need to be sand blast. Put it into sand-blasting machine for sand blast.
The price of manually sand ejector is around 18,000 to 20,000. The price of digital control sand ejector is around 50 – 60 thousands Yuan.
F. / clean
Clean ceramic and glass after sand blasting, tear off protective film which part need to be printed.
G. / print pattern

H. / Put on varnish
For keeping the pattern be more shiny and more durable. Put on the varnish by manually or automatic according to actual situation.
