2016 premium high precision industrial UV Flatbed Printer MT-2512G adopts high intension integrated steel frame structure machine body that ensures the machine stands firmly while loading heavy duty rigid materials up to 450kgs. The industrial designed printing table adopts 5cm pure aluminum alloy plate with Teflon coating that is waterproof, wear resistant and heat resistant! Otherwise, the rigid aluminum alloy main girder ensures firm and steady printout. In addition, aluminum printhead carriage frame limits the part precision error to 0.1mm ensures perfect printing output.
2. Vacuum Suction Control System
The Flatbed UV Printer MT-2512G was designed totally 7 Vacuum Suction Areas. There are 6 vacuum suction areas for fix rigid material printing and the other one is for flexible material printing. We can through adjust and control the suction area or suction strength to ensure various materials remain in the best condition while printing.
3. Magnetic Grid and Magnetic Grating

Otherwise, Low Ink Level Detector gives warning when ink level is in minimum level. Moreover, 2 Phases of Filtration are introduced to the Ink Supply system for better ink fluency and longer printheads service life. In addition, Automatic Ink Circulation System is installed for white ink to prevent printhead clog from ink sediment and ensure consistent long-term image quality!
8. Positioning Pin system

UV Flatbed Printer MT-2512G integrated Anti-collision Sensor in each side of printhead carriage to prevent the printhead from unexpected damage. Those sensors automatically detect the printing plate or any force on the way going. It prevents any possible strike to the UV printheads.

Maintenance
1. It is required to keep machine workshop clean without dust.
2. It is required to equip air conditioner and humidifier for machine working room, to keep temperature between 20 ℃ and 28 ℃, moisture between 40% and 60%.
3. It is required every day to check the input power of machine, to ensure stable single phase AC 220V power.
