Printing high quality T-Shirts:
Mistake One: T-Shirts can be directly printed by printer without any treatment.
The right way: There are two steps that we need to do for pre-treatment when we receive T-Shirts, after we do this, we can make sure printed T-shirts will become more washable, and the color will be more bright.
First: We need to use ‘fixative’ dedicated on cloth to uniformly spray on T-shirts that need to be printed, which can make the intensity of adhesion more higher between cloths and ink dedicated on textile and the adhesion will be more stronger.
Second: We still need a process of heat pressing after spraying the ’fixative’, which means we need heat press machine to press and make cloth much flatter, and the printed images will be greatly clearer.
Mistake Two: The confusion in use between objects UV ink and textile ink
Some customers want to open personalized store which is used for crystal, stone, etc, as well as for t-shirt and other cloths, etc. But ink in using is not the same between objects and textile, which means it need a process of change ink. This process is complicated, and that will make both kind of ink reacted with each other causing solid precipitate if operated carelessly, which blocks the nozzle.
The right way: Above that situation, we can choose to use two sets of CISS system and two heads which one is for textile, the other one is for objects. That will make it easier in disassembling and installation, and will not cause loss because of mistaken operation. It would be a perfect solution.
The processing steps of printing for deep color cloths
It is better to use cotton cloths made of undercoat to process, and the temperature of heating cloths is about 167 centi-degree.
1. Pressing the clothes and make it flat for 5 seconds.
2. Spray pre-treatment liquid of clothing with vertically 90 degree. (Using a good electric or pneumatic spray gun with enough pressure ( Spray gun).
3. Use sponge lightly brush liquid globule on the surface if the liquid globule comes out after spraying.
4. Heat pressing for 10 to 15 seconds to make liquid and fiber mix together.( Use high-temperature and non-sticky paper or Teflon nylon cloth to put on the heat press machine pressing together).
5. Clothes need to be fixed on the printing platform and keep the surface of printing clean and smooth.
6. Choose ‘Black Clothes materials printing’ in the RIP software to print patterns in white (720Dpi*1440Dpi).
7. Print color patterns (720Dpi*1440Dpi), or (1440Dpi*1440Dpi).
8. Use heat press machine against ( not touching) to the printing side and iron for 120 seconds after printing, and then directly heat pressing for 180 seconds covering with high temperature oiled paper.
Laundry key points
1. The printing side need to turned over and washed by washing machine using ‘cotton materials’ level to wash.
2. Use soap to wash by hands. Do not vigorously wash and brush printing patterns.
The processing steps of printing for light color clothes
It is better to use cotton cloths made of undercoat to process, and the temperature of heating cloths is about 167 centi-degree.

2. Clothes need to be fixed on the printing platform and keep the surface of printing clean and smooth.
3. Print color patterns
4. Use heat press machine against ( not touching) to the printing side and iron for 120 seconds after printing, and then directly heat pressing for 180 seconds covering with high temperature oiled paper.
Laundry key points
1. Use ‘cotton materials’ or soft level to wash while washing by machine. It is better to use saponin detergent and the printing side need to be turned over and washed by machine.
2. Use soap to wash by hands. Do not vigorously wash and brush printing patterns.
The instructions of clothing ink
1. Brand-new generation nanometer grade water based textile pigment ink, which is suitable for cotton fabric or clothing ( Cotton included over 50%, the tension of fiber is not beyond 50%.)
2. The printing effect will be much better if the cotton content is much higher. Smaller the elasticity, better the effect. And the printing effect will be better if cotton material is finer and hairs on the surface is shorter.
3. White pigment ink is widely used for cotton in deep color or black color. Also you just can print white ink by installing special clothing RIP software. And white ink need to be shaken before using or installed a vibrating system under the cartridge.
4. Need spray pre-treatment liquid first before printing white ink this clothing pre-treatment liquid is basically used for white ink. And the clothing pre-treatment is reacted with albumen powder of white ink, which makes white ink greatly attached into the cotton fiber.
5. Put the clothes into the oven drying on the temperature of 100 to 130 centi-degree in order to ensure that ink can 100% penetrate into the fiber, which makes the color more fixed and washable, as well as the color is more colorful and vivid.
