Whether the multifunctional UV printer’s head can make the correct and normative suck ink process, it is the important guarantee for the successful printing of multifunctional UV printer. However, a lot of users think that this procedure can be finished by multifunctional UV printer completely, do not need the help of operation. Multifunctional UV printer can suck ink independently, ink supply system will respond to it. But this process will bring some damages to multifunctional UV printer’s head, It will shortening the service life of print head and easy to cause the fault of print head to influence the printing work.

Firstly, the nozzle of print head is very tiny, it can’t suffer excessive external pressure. Therefore, in the process of sucking ink, we need to pay attention to slowly operation, control the speed of supply ink, should not to pour the ink with a rush.

Secondly, When the sucking ink be finished, please waiting 1-2 minutes, then take the ink suction device away, makes the ink be absorbed completely and will not drip.

Thirdly, keep a 30°acute angle between ink suction device and multifunctional UV printer, it is beneficial to the smooth and steady of supply ink.

When the ink in multifunctional UV printer’s head is reach 19ml-25ml, then adjust the ink pump, slow down the speed of supply ink, make the ink flow into the heater of print head slowly, then push out the air. After ensure the print head has vacuum state, then making bubble inkjet to finish printing.

Before suck ink, Please cleaning print head to ensure nozzles are unimpeded and without any sundries. When suck ink process be finished, please printing to test the status of the print head, check the status of ink and print head, if there are any problems, please deal with these issues promptly.

Ensure the drying and clean of power cable, in the process of sucking ink pay attention not to splash up ink or make ink flow into the inner of  other system of multifunctional UV printer.
