Ink is main Consumable of printer. High fluency original ink is helpful for printing perfect picture. However, how to refill ink to inkjet printer in the process of printer using and maintenance?

For inkjet printer daily using, refilling ink is necessary operation also one of common job of inkjet daily maintenance. Refilling ink and replacing consumable, those are inkjet printer user common operations.

Notes for Refilling ink to ink tank and bulk ink supply system.

1.     Select high quality original ink, refuse inferior band ink.

2.     Identify the ink type of inkjet printer Correctly, such as indoor Water-based ink or eco solvent ink? If adopt UV ink, need pay attention to away from light.

3.     Properly labeling and refilling different color ink. Be sure not to fill wrong color and mixed ink color up.

4.     When refilling ink to ink tank and bulk ink supply system, user can with the help of funnel and or other tools in order to avoid ink spilled.

5.     In the process of eco solvent printer printout, ink level should have been monitored all the time to avoiding print head vain printing due to ink level too low. If you find the ink level is very low then refill ink timely. The ink tank capacity of common eco solvent printer  is around 500ml. If adopt bulk ink supply system, the ink tank capacity will be several times larger. Normally, refilling ink shouldn’t be too full. For example: don’t let ink level more than 400ml (around 80%) or less than 50ml (around 10%). For mass production printing or high speed printing, ink level should better no more than 300ml (around 60%).
