Eco Solvent Printer is main inkjet printing equipment in printing industry. Maybe all of us will face a lack of ink problem during printing. So, how to solve this problem?

For lack of ink problem, firstly we should pay attention to the ink we used. We can find out some reasons for lack of ink problem from the ink we used. For example, we know that temperature has a great influence on the stability of the ink. Especially, if use some poor quality ink, when the temperature is above 33 degrees or below 5 degrees the ink are unstable. So that, we suggest user to adjust the temperature of printer work place and use our factory original ink. For the aspects of temperature, you can use air conditioning, fans and other equipment to lower the temperature of printer and create a better working environment to make printer working well.

In addition, cleaning operation is common method to solve lack of ink problem. However, the result of cleaning are not good. How should this problem be solved?

We can find out reasons of lack of ink problem and solve it through following ways:

1.     The result of cleaning are not good, the main problem is lack of ink after cleaning, the result is not same every time, The result of sucking ink are not good will creat mass of bubbles outflow from waste ink pipe instead of ink. When this happens, user need to adjust the position of capping station and ink cap again in order to get better cleaning result. When you find a mass of bubbles in the waste ink pipe when cleaning, that mean there are gap between ink cap and print head.

2.     Sometimes, print head will lack of ink during printing. But just few nozzles will lack of ink and always have problem in same color ink. Main reason of that is the front of ink tank or the inner of ink pipe have some big bubbles. User need to check whether there is much bubbles in the ink pipe.

3.     The capping station moving to one direction and with continuous crack sounds. Maybe caused by the wiper sensor can’t detect the wiper, or the signal line of wiper is loose.

4.     The cleaning result are very good when you do it, but once printing is started, some color lack of ink, if continue to print, then maybe a row of nozzles lack of ink totally. This situation is likely due to ink damper leak air. User need to check the connector of the copper bush and “O” ring.  If lack of ink nozzles at the edge of print head, you need to check whether the capping station cap and nozzle not fully sealed. If so, sucking ink is normal when cleaning, but lack of ink caused by ink supply is enough during printing
